TS-iPASS (Telangana State Industrial Project Approval And Self Certification System):-
Telangana Government has introduced TSiPASS Act 2014 – Single point approvals to the Industrial proposals – to provide speedy processing for issue of various licenses, clearances and certificates required for setting up of Industrial undertakings for the promotion of industrial development and also to provide for an investor friendly environment in the state of Telangana.
- Single point TS iPASS approval by State and District Committees on behalf of all the departments.
- District Level Committee provides approvals under the Chairmanship of the District Collector.
T-IDEA (Telangana State Industrial Development and Entrepreneurs Advancement)
Government of Telangana offering various incentives to the entrepreneurs under T-IDEA for General/OBC Category Entrepreneurs (Telangana State Industrial Development and Entrepreneur Advancement) only for eligible industries.
T-PRIDE for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe Entrepreneurs (Telangana State Programme for Rapid Incubation of Dalit Entrepreneurs) Incentives Scheme 2014 .

District Industries Centres (DICs) have emerged since 1978 as the nodal agency for development of small and village industries. It provides all the support services needed for development of MSME and Large Industries in the District.In each district there will be one agency to deal with all the requirements of small and village industries. Under the single roof of DIC, all the services and support required by small and village entrepreneurs will be provided. These will include economic investigation of the district raw materials and other resources, supply of machinery and equipment, provision of raw materials, arrangement for credit facilities, an effective step for marketing and a cell for quality control, research and extension.The District Industries Centers can play an effective role with regard to interlink ages with different institutions such as electricity department, water works, Municipality/Grampanchayat, Town Planning, Commercial Banks, etc., The District Industries Centers should function in a close coordination with all agencies related to industrial development at the district level. To ensure this, there should be a single line of command operating from the District Industries Centre for the entire field staff connected with industrial promotion activities.
